Order status tracking and digital receipt

Real-Time Order Tracking

Once you press the Place Order button, your mobile screen automatically switches to the status tracking page (/{companySlug}/{tableCode}/order/{orderId}).

Order Status Stages:

  1. Pending: The order has arrived in the system and is being reviewed by staff or placed in the preparation queue.
  2. In preparation: The chef has pressed "Start". Your food is being cooked right now!
  3. Ready to serve: The dish has been finished by the kitchen and the waiter has been notified to bring it to the table.
  4. Served: The dish is on your table. Good luck!

Electronic Invoice with Tax QR Code

After the waiter closes the table and collects the check:

  • You will be provided with a printed fiscal receipt.
  • Each invoice contains a unique QR code. Scanning this code will open your invoice's public page at: http://restoranti-juaj.al/fatura/xyz123
  • The page contains:
    • The legal name of the entity (Vila Panorama Sh.p.k.), NUIS and address.
    • List of items with corresponding prices.
    • Full VAT calculation (Taxable base and VAT value according to the rate).
    • The date, exact time and invoice number.
  • You can save it as a PDF or download it to your phone for reimbursement purposes or business expenses.
