Calling the waiter and asking for the bill by phone

One-Touch Desktop Assistance

You no longer need to raise your hand or look around the room for the waiter. BletaGo offers two quick service buttons at the bottom of your mobile menu:

1. "Call a waiter" button

• When to use: When you need extra napkins, water, help with the menu, or want to order something else.
• What happens in the system:
  1. Your phone displays the message: "The waiter has been notified and is coming to your table."
  2. On the waiter's POS and on the staff's watch/phone, your table (e.g. Table 2) starts flashing red and emits an acoustic signal.
  3. The waiter taps the notification to confirm that he received the call and comes over to you.

2. "Search account" button

• When to use: When you have finished your meal and want to pay the bill.
• What happens in the system:
  1. Your table will receive a "Requesting Invoice" status in distinctive yellow on the checkout screen.
  2. The waiter knows in advance that he needs to print the bill summary and approach the physical receipt (or the bank card POS if you want electronic payment).

Security Tip: The system implements a rate-limiting of several minutes between calls to prevent accidental consecutive touches.
