Login and account security
Secure Staff Login
To operate the cash register, kitchen or administrative panel, each staff member must have their own personal credentials. The use of shared accounts is not recommended, as every sensitive action (cash collection, dish clearing, discount) is recorded with the username in the audit log.
Steps for Logging Into the System
- Open the application address in the browser (e.g.
http://restoranti-juaj.al/login). - Enter your registered email address (e.g.
[email protected]). - Enter your secure password. Passwords in BletaGo must meet these criteria:
- At least 8 characters long.
- Contain uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Have at least one number and one special character (symbol).
- Press the Login button.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
When two-factor verification is enabled for your account:
- After setting the password, the system will display the security code window.
- A 6-digit code is automatically sent to your email address.
- Enter the code within 10 minutes to complete your login.
Active Session Management (/account/security)
From your profile you can check at any time all the devices that are linked to your account (hall tablets, cash register PC, personal phone):
- View the browser, operating system, and last connection time.
- If you suspect a foreign device, press the Disconnect all other devices button to immediately unregister suspicious sessions.
Note: If you forget your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the login page. A secure reset link will be emailed to you within seconds.
