User roles and access levels

Role Based Access Model (RBAC)

To ensure the safety of money, the correctness of inventory, and the fluidity of service, BletaGo implements a strict separation of roles:

Role in the System Access to the Interface Main Responsibilities Security Restrictions
Customer Public menu with QR Browsing the menu, placing the order, calling the waiter, looking for the bill. Anonymous; cannot view other tables or business data.
Waiter /admin/pos Opening tables, taking orders, changing courses, transferring/joining, closing the table. Can't change prices; can't close shifts; can't see the inventory module.
Kitchen /admin/kitchen Viewing live orders, switching statuses (Start, Ready), printing station tickets, marking "Done". There is no access to money, tables, or financial reports.
Staff POS & Kitchen Combination of waiter and kitchen (recommended for small bars or self-service cafes). It cannot change the company's configurations or base prices.
Receipt Operator /admin/pickup Managing orders without a desk, cashing at the counter, delivering packages. Operates only within the self-service module.
Business Admin (CompanyAdmin) The entire panel /admin/* Complete restaurant management: menus, prices, tables, staff, inventory, cash registers, shifts and reports. Full access within your business.

Division by Warehouses

An employee can be restricted to working only in a specific warehouse (e.g. only in the Main Hall & Veranda warehouses). In this way:

  • The waiter only sees the tables and cash registers of the designated warehouse.
  • The cash balance remains isolated for each point of sale.

Important: To prevent account lockout, an administrator cannot change their own role or deactivate the account they are logged in with.
