Thermal ticket printing in the kitchen

Physical Kitchen Slips

Even when using the KDS screen, many chefs prefer to print a physical thermal ticket to place on the counter or on the lid of the delivery packaging.

Kitchen Ticket Format:

The ticket printed by BletaGo contains:

  • Header: Restaurant Name and Station (e.g. Vila Panorama — ZGARA).
  • Table: Large number highlighted in bold (e.g. TABLE 3).
  • Time and Waiter: Exact time (14:32) and the waiter's name.
  • Ticket Body:
    • Enlarged portion number (e.g. 2x Beef Steak).
    • Underlined notes below the dish (e.g. >> MEDIUM-RARE, NO SAUCE).
  • End: Course number (Course 2).

How to Enable Automatic Printing:

  1. Go to Settings -> Devices & Printers.
  2. Select the kitchen printer (USB, LAN or Bluetooth BLE).
  3. Enable the Automatically print ticket with every new order option.
  4. Select the stations that this printer covers.
