Configuring USB and Network Thermal Printers

Thermal Printer Configuration (/admin/settings/printers)

BletaGo supports all market standard thermal printers that use the industrial ESC/POS protocol (Epson, Star Micronics, Rongta, Xprinter, Bixolon, Sunmi).

1. Local Area Network (LAN / Ethernet / Wi-Fi) Printers:

This is the most sustainable and recommended method for restaurants:

  1. Connect the kitchen or cash register printer with a network cable to the Wi-Fi router.
  2. Find out the printer's fixed IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.200).
  3. On BletaGo go to Settings -> Printers -> Add Printer.
  4. Select the type Network (Network / TCP).
  5. Enter the IP address and port (usually 9100).
  6. Press Test Print. The printer will print a successful test ticket!

2. Printers with USB Cable:

  • For the central cash register where a Windows or Mac computer is connected:
  • Connect the USB cable and install the official printer driver.
  • Configure the printer in the browser with automatic printing.
