Exporting financial data to accounting software

Financial Exports (/admin/company/export)

BletaGo facilitates collaboration with your accounting office by enabling the export of all data in standard formats.

Exportable Reports:

  1. Sales Book: Table of all invoices issued with date, fiscal number, taxable base, VAT rate and payment method.
  2. Purchase Book: All incoming invoices from suppliers with the supplier's NUIS and deductible VAT.
  3. Warehouse Report: Initial status, inputs, outputs, and final status of each product.

How to Export Data:

  1. Go to Settings -> Data Export.
  2. Select the desired period (e.g. Past Month).
  3. Select the format: Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
  4. Press Download File. The file is immediately ready to be imported into financial programs (e.g. Alpha Web, Financa 5, etc.).
