Room Order Status Screen
To avoid customer crowds at the counter, BletaGo includes a dedicated television interface (/screen/{companySlug}), which is projected onto a wall-mounted television in the waiting room.
TV Screen Features:
- Two Columns of Giant Numbers:
- Left: Preparing (Order numbers that are in progress in the kitchen).
- Right: Ready to pick up (Order numbers that can be picked up immediately at the counter).
- Audio Chime: When an order is ready, the screen emits a melodious "Ding" sound that attracts customers' attention.
- Wake Lock Technology: Automatically prevents the TV screen from turning off or entering Sleep mode.
- Automatic Reconnection: If the internet is temporarily disconnected, the display continues to attempt to reconnect in the background without having to be restarted remotely.
How to Configure the Display on the TV:
- In the admin panel, go to Settings -> Restaurant Profile -> Self-Service.
- Copy the secure display address (it contains a secret key
?key=...that authorizes the display of data without requiring a password). - Open your Smart TV's browser (or connect an HDMI device like Google Chromecast, Xiaomi Mi Box, or Raspberry Pi).
- Enter the copied address into the browser.
- Tap the Turn on sound button (as browsers require an initial user interaction to enable audio).
- Press F11 on the keyboard (or the Fullscreen option on the remote control) to keep it full screen.
Security Tip: If your secret screen link falls into unauthorized hands, you can press the Regenerate screen key button in Settings to invalidate the old address immediately.
