Customer Cart Management

Once you have selected your favorite dishes, tap the bottom bar View order to open the cart panel.

Main Features of the Cart:

1. Quantity Adjustment:

   • Use the + and - buttons to add or remove orders for each person at the table.
   • The total price is automatically recalculated.

2. Cuisine and Allergies Notes:

   • Below each dish you can type the Preparation Note field.
   • You can specify requests such as: "Steak to be medium-rare", "No onions on salad", or "Sauce to be served separately".
   • These notes are transferred verbatim to the kitchen board and the printed ticket.

3. Automatic Division by Courses:

   • The system automatically organizes your items by order of service:
     • Course 1: Salads, cold appetizers and drinks.
     • Course 2: Main courses, pizzas and grilled meat.
     • Course 3: Desserts and coffees.
   • The kitchen won't start the second courses before you've finished the first!

4. Confirmation and Delivery:

   • Press the big Place order button.
   • Your order is immediately recorded in the system with the correct table number.

Important Note: If the restaurant applies the Customer orders, waiter confirms mode, the order will be displayed to the area waiter, who comes to the table to confirm it with a tap on the tablet.
