How self-service ordering works
What is Self-Service in BletaGo?
For bars, fast food restaurants or restaurants offering "Takeaway" service, BletaGo offers a dedicated tableless mode.
In this mode, the customer does not sit at a numbered table, but orders from the restaurant's general QR code (/{companySlug}), receives a payment code and collects the order with a coupon number.
Customer Operational Steps:
- Scanning the Restaurant General Code:
- The customer scans the code placed at the entrance, counter or on social networks (e.g.
https://bletago.com/vila-panorama).
- The customer scans the code placed at the entrance, counter or on social networks (e.g.
- Food Selection:
- The customer selects dishes and drinks like on any other menu and presses "Place order".
- Payment Code Generation:
- The system displays a unique payment code (e.g. #P-842) on the screen with a 15-minute countdown.
- Appearance at the Counter:
- The customer approaches the counter and tells the cashier the code.
- The cashier scans the code on his screen, collects the money, and prints the receipt.
- Getting the Withdrawal Number:
- After payment, the customer's phone screen (and printed coupon) displays the large withdrawal number (e.g. No. 14).
- The customer waits until the number 14 appears in the "Ready to Pick Up" column on the hall's television screen!
Warning: If the customer does not appear at the counter within 15 minutes to pay, the order is automatically canceled without even entering the kitchen, thus preventing unnecessary food waste.
