Frequently Asked Operational Questions (FAQ)

1. What happens if a customer does not have a smartphone with internet or the battery is dead?

No problem! The waiter approaches the POS tablet, opens the corresponding table and records the customer's order by hand in the traditional way. The order is sent to the kitchen and billed just like any other order.

2. Can customers pay in different ways (one with a card, the other with cash)?

Yes. At the time of closing the table at the POS, the waiter can record a mixed payment: place the amount paid by card in the bank terminal and the remaining amount in cash.

3. What happens if the customer mistakenly orders from the next table?

If the customer sat down at Table 2 but incorrectly scanned the code for Table 1:

  • The waiter opens Table 1 in the POS and uses the Move Table function to move the order to Table 2.
  • Everything is corrected within 3 seconds without having to cancel the order in the kitchen.

4. Does the customer need to register with a name or account to view the menu?

No, absolutely not! Access for customers is 100% anonymous and without registration. The customer simply scans the code and the menu opens immediately in the browser without requesting any personal data.
