Product Card (/admin/inventory/products/{id})

For each item in inventory, BletaGo maintains a Product Movement Card.

What the Product Card Contains:

• Current Status: Exact quantity in stock at this time.
• Average Cost (WAC): How much each unit purchased cost the restaurant on average.
• Minimum Alarm Threshold: If the stock falls below this amount (e.g. below 5 kg), the system displays a notification on the main panel that this item must be urgently ordered from the supplier.

Chronological History Table:

The card lists every movement performed in time with date, time and reference:

1. Purchase from Supplier X (+50 kg)
2. Sales from Table 3 (-0.350 kg)
3. Sales from Table 1 (-0.700 kg)
4. Loss (Damage) Sheet (-1.2 kg)
5. Transfer to Point 2 (-10 kg)

Value for the Manager: In case of suspected theft or human error, the product card enables the exact detection of the minute when any discrepancy occurred!
