How Does Inventory Work in BletaGo?

BletaGo contains a professional integrated inventory module with automatic calculation of weighted average cost.

Three Main Pillars:

Warehouse Stock Status and Minimum Levels

  1. Menu Item (Sale): What the customer orders on the menu (e.g. Grilled Beef Steak for 1,600 ALL).
  2. Raw Materials (Inventory Products): Physical components that are purchased on invoice from suppliers and held in stock:
    • Fresh Beef (kg)
    • Potatoes (kg)
    • Butter (kg)
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (liters)
  3. Recipe (Standards / Composition): The relationship between the dish and its ingredients. For example, 1 serving of Beef Steak contains:
    • 0.350 kg Beef
    • 0.200 kg Potatoes
    • 0.030 kg Butter
    • 0.020 litra Olive Oil

Register of Products and Dish Recipes

Automated Discount:

As soon as the waiter closes the table or the order is confirmed, the system automatically downloads from the warehouse the exact quantities specified in the recipe! No need for manual calculations at the end of the month.

Important Rule: The system allows the sale of items even if the stock is temporarily calculated below zero (negative stock) to avoid blocking work in the hall in case the supplier invoice has not yet been entered into the system, but highlights it in red on inventory reports.
