Preparation management by courses

Why Use Courses in BletaGo?

In traditional restaurants, a common mistake is that all dishes are delivered at once: pizzas come out of the oven while the customer has just started the salad, causing the food to cool on the table.

BletaGo solves this problem in an automated way through Serving Courses.

Linear Progress Rule:

  1. Categories Configuration:

    • Each category has its own course:
      • Antipasta & Salad -> Course 1
      • Pizza & Main Dish -> Course 2
      • Dessert -> Course 3
  2. What the Kitchen Sees First:

    • The kitchen only sees Course 1 items active.
    • Course 2 items appear below in gray and with the status Awaiting Course 1. The kitchen doesn't have to cook them yet!
  3. Unlocking the Next Course:

    • The kitchen prepares Course 1 and presses Done.
    • The waiter sends the plate to the table and presses the Serve button on the POS.
    • At that second, the system releases Course 2 on the kitchen screen, emits an acoustic signal, and displays the Start Course 2 button!

Tip: If a customer specifically requests that all dishes be served together, the waiter can press the Serve all together option on the table ticket at the POS.
