Profit and Cost of Goods Sold — COGS (/admin/reports/profit)

Many restaurants have high turnover but at the end of the month they are without profit because the cost of raw materials (Food Cost) is very high. BletaGo automatically calculates the cost of each dish through inventory recipes!

Food Cost % Indicator:

  • Report: (Kostoja e Lëndës së Parë / Çmimi i Shitjes) * 100
  • A healthy restaurant aims for a Food Cost between 28% and 35%.
  • If a dish has a Food Cost above 45%, the system marks it in red, suggesting you review the selling price or negotiate prices with suppliers.
